5. VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
For virtual sleep consultations, I use secure video conferencing and messaging platforms. Information shared during virtual consultations is subject to the same confidentiality protections as in-person services.

Sleep plans and service records may be retained for a period following the completion of services as required for business and legal purposes. While I provide services for families with infants and children, my website and online services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children. I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All information about infants and children in your care is collected from parents or guardians.
